Victorian and Craftsman style homes. The firm was founded by John-Michael Kyono, a
successful real estate broker and business owner.
John-Michael Kyono's career spans over 12 years as a leading real estate broker in
Commercial and Residential Real Estate. In addition to representing private
individuals and developers of historic properties, he was also the proprietor of the
"House of Shields Saloon", a historic bar and grill established in 1908, located
across the street from the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
Since 1997 John-Michael has specialized in historic properties and period
architecture and through expert knowledge, hard work and dedication he built a solid
reputation in the real estate community. He has been honored to represent such
significant properties as the Phelan family carriage house, The Mint Building, the
Merchant Exchange, the Dahl-Beck building and has closed over 500 sale and lease
transactions.
